The H-7's are sized more correctly than the H-5's. Midwest Broomball recommends 1/2 size smaller than you normally wear. If you wear a 10 tennis shoe, stick with a 10. If you wear a 9-1/2, then drop down to a 9. Hagan's still have a very large toe box, so even a properly sized shoe may still feel "funny/roomy" in the toe of the shoe.
